The estate of James Howie, formerly resided 10 Northfield Terrace, Chirnside, Duns, Berwickshire TD11 3XY, now at 15 Windram Place, Chirnside, Duns, Berwickshire, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 20 January 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian D Mitchell CA, Henderson Loggie, 10 Great Stuart Street, Edinburgh EH3 7TN, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 24 November 2004.
