Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Nigel Allan Innes (formerly t/a Forever Green Landscaping), 2 Hallgreen Cottages, Inverbervie DD10 0PG, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Stonehaven on Wednesday 2 February 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gordon MacLure Esq, Johnston Carmichael, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 2 February 2005.
