In replacement of the incorrect notice published on 25 January 2005, relating to the Partnership, notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 27 January 2005, Standard Life Investments Limited transferred to ESP 2004 General Partner Limited Partnership all of the interest held by it in the Partnership and Standard Life Investments Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
