DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 124) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 104) Order 2001, comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to the business previously known as Hydro Sea Food GSP Ltd and now known as Scottish Sea Farms Limited at the site known as Slocka Ronas Voe situated in Ronas Voe, south-east of Slocka, Shetland Isles (OS Grid Ref: HU 285 827), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
