HARBOURS ACT 1964 (AS AMENDED)

PROPOSED ABERDEEN HARBOUR REVISION ORDER

Notice is hereby given that the Aberdeen Harbour Board (“the Board”) have applied to the Scottish Ministers to make a Harbour Revision Order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964.

The Order provides that the powers of the Scottish Ministers under section 10 of the Ports Act 1991 shall not be exercisable in relation to the Board.

The proposed Order would not authorise a project. A copy of the draft Order which accompanied the application may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Board’s offices at 16 Regent Quay, Aberdeen AB11 5SS and at the offices of the undermentioned Solicitors and Parliamentary Agents.

Any person desiring to make an objection or representation to the Scottish Ministers concerning the application should, within forty-two days from the date at the foot of this notice, write to Mr C F Smith, Scottish Executive, Enterprise, Transport & Lifelong Learning Department, Transport Division 4, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ quoting reference 2SPP/002/019 and stating the grounds of their objection or representation.
