Sequestration of the estate of

JAMES CROSBIE

The estate of James Crosbie, Hayfield Livery Stables, High Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Falkirk on Wednesday 15 December 2004, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John H Ferris Esq CA, Ferris Associates, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes KY6 5QR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 15 November 2004.
