DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers have made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 122) Order 2004. This Order declares the inland waters contained within the fish rearing hatchery belonging to Marine Harvest (Scotland) Limited at the site known as Morar Hatchery, situated south-east of Morar, Highland (OS Grid Ref NM 684 922), to be a designated area for the purposes of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 (as amended), and provides for the control of the movement of live fish, live eggs of fish and foodstuff for fish into or out of the area. The Order will come into force on 25 December 2004.
