Sequestration of the estate of

MOHAMMED SHAFIQ NASIR

The estate of Mohammed Shafiq Nasir, residing at 19 Sinclair Court, New Farm Loch, Kilmarnock KA3 7TQ, and trading as Sunshine Newsagents and Grocery, Post Office Whitletts, 70 Main Road, Ayr, Ayrshire KA8 0LQ, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Kilmarnock on 1 December 2004, and Bryan Jackson, PKF, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 1 November 2004.

Any Creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
