DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 107) ORDER 2004

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 66) Order 1993 comes into force on 6th November 2004.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the pump-ashore sea water tanks belonging to West Coast Salmon Limited, at the site known as the Tayinloan Fish Farm, situated near Achanadriane, Tarbert, Argyll, Strathclyde Region (OS grid ref: NR710505) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
