STOPPING-UP OF ROADS (CORRIE CRESCENT/ARDBEG AVENUE, KILMARNOCK) ORDER 2004

East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of parts of:

Corrie Crescent and Ardbeg Avenue, Kilmarnock

Copies of the Order and relevant plan specifying the roads to be stopped, may be inspected at the offices of the Planning and Building Control Division, East Ayrshire Council, by any person, free of charge at all reasonable hours during a period of 28 days from 22nd October 2004. Within that period any person may, by written notice to East Ayrshire Council, object to the making of the Order. Objections should state the name and address of the Objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
