POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 of the above Regulatoins, Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by Lerwick Fish Traders Ltd in respect of activities being carried out namely processing of Salmo Salar in an installation at Gremista, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0PX.

This application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment

The application may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA Dingwall office during normal office hours. Please quote Reference No. PPC/N/50036.

Written representation concerning this application may be made to SEPA at the above address, or send to e-mail address DingwallResistry@sepa.org.uk and if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
