Sequestration of the estate of

James Fraser

The estate of James Fraser, 64 Holm Park, Inverness was sequestrated by the Sheriff of Grampian Highland & Islands at Inverness on 1st September 2004 and Gordon Malcolm MacLure, Johnston Carmichael, Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors claims was 15th July 2004.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
