Notice is hereby given that on 4th August 2004 a petition was presented to the Sheriff Court, Stirling by Precise Data Networks Limited, a company with its registered office at 23 Coney Park, Stirling, Stirlingshire for the restoration to the Companies Register under Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 of said Precise Data Networks Limited.

By interlocutor dated 19th August 2004, the Sheriff at Stirling appointed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk Stirling within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement under certification, of which notice is hereby given.
