A Petition was on 16th August 2004 presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Lanark by William Cruickshank, residing at Muirhouse Farm, Cleghorn, Lanark, Petitioner, craving the Court to order that the company with registered number SC183108 and the former name of Bankhead Properties Limited be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland under the name of Bankhead Properties [Scotland] Limited and to direct the Registrar to advertise in his Official name in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald Newspaper, the order or orders of the court to follow hereon and to authorize that expenses of this petition and the procedure to follow hereon, including any expenses to be paid to the Registrar to be paid out of the first and readiest funds of the company and to decern or to do otherwise as to the court shall seem proper; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 16th August 2004 ordains any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 24 Hope Street, Lanark, within eight days of service, publication, and advertisement.
