The estate of Mark Frederick Prosper Wiseman, 45 Mellon Charles, Aultbea, Ross-shire IV22 2JL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dingwall on Thursday 12th August 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James C Pringle Esq CA, James C Pringle & Co, Albyn House, 37A Union Street, Inverness IV1 1QA, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
