Notice is hereby given that Wiseton Company Limited, Carbolic Property Limited and Victoria Hill Management Limited, Companies registered in the British Virgin Islands are to be dissolved on or before Thursday 30th September 2004.

Creditors of the above named Companies are requested on or before Thursday 30th September 2004 to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, Gordon Stavert Byrn, the Liquidator of the Companies, and is so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and default thereof, they will be excluded from any distribution made before such debts are proven.

This notice is a formality and all Creditors are expected to have been paid in full.
