The estate of Byron Casper, 33A High Street, Auchtermuchty, Fife KY14 7AP was sequestrated by the sheriff at Cupar on Wednesday 4th August 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian R Johnston Esq FCCA, Henderson Loggie, Royal Exchange, Panmure Street, Dundee DD1 1DZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 29th June 2004.
