The estate of Phillip McLennan, 4 (2F1) Meadowbank Crescent, Edinburgh trading as Greyfriers Plumbing Contractors, 1 Earlston Place, Abbeyhill, Edinburgh EH7 5SU was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 21st July 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
