The estate of William James Luke, 8 Paddock Court, Kelso, Roxburghshire TD5 7UB was sequestrated by the sheriff at Jedburgh on Friday 2nd July 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian D Stevenson Esq CA, Stevenson Associates, 10 Albyn Place, Edinburgh EH2 4NG, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 2nd July 2004.
