Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members of the above company will be held on Friday 27th August 2004 at 10.00 am at the offices of Marchands Associates, 100 Wakefield Road, Lepton, Huddersfield, HD8 0DL for the following purpose :

Receiving an account of the Joint liquidators acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year and to authorise the Joint liquidators release.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting can appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member of the company. Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged with me at 100 Wakefield Road, Lepton, Huddersfield, HDB 0DL no later than 12 noon on Thursday 26th August 2004.
