Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 6th July 2004 RBSI Custody Bank Limited and RBSI Trust Company Limited (as trustees of Hanover Property Unit Trust) transferred to RBSI Custody Bank Limited and RBSI Trust Company Limited (as trustees of Retail Plus Property Trust) the whole of the interests held by them in The Northern Retail Property Fund, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL002436, and that accordingly RBSI Custody Bank Limited and RBSI Trust Company Limited (as trustees of Hanover Property Unit Trust) have ceased to be a limited partner in The Northern Retail Property Fund. RBSI Custody Bank Limited and RBSI Trust Company Limited (as trustees of Retail Plus Property Unit Trust) have assumed the interests transferred by RBSI Custody Bank Limited and RBSI Trust Company Limited (as trustees of Hanover Property Unit Trust).
