THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1999
Planning application - reference 04/00744/OUTIN - for the development of a business park to include the following mix of uses - business (Class 4), industry (Class 5), hotel/conferencing, airside cargo/freight facilities, open space and landscaping - on land adjacent to Inverness Airport, Dalcross, Inverness.
The Council has received an application for outline planning permission for the development described above. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The applicants are Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd and Moray Estates Development Company.
Copies of the planning application and Environmental Statement can be inspected during normal office hours at the following locations:

A non-technical summary is available free of charge from the specified places of deposit.
The application is advertised under Section 34 of the above Act and as a potential departure from the provisions of the development plan, as well as being an application accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Any person wishing to make representations to The Highland Council about the planning application and Environmental Statement should make them in writing to the Director of Planning and Development, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX within a period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.
