DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 66) ORDER 2004

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 40) Order 2001 comes into force on 26th June 2004.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Cro Lax Limited at the site known as West Quarff, situated west of Wester Quarff in West Voe of Quarff, Shetland Isles, OS grid ref: HU403352 are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
