The estate of Thomas Brian Flanagan, 16 Cunninghamhead, Cunninghamhead Estate, Kilmarnock KA3 2PE was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kilmarnock on Thursday 3rd June 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Thomas S Bryson Esq CA, Bryson & Company, 4 Wellington Square, Ayr KA7 1EN, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 3rd June 2004.
