The estate of the late Ian Burgess, per his beneficiaries, namely the said Ross Burgess and Lisa Burgess, formerly at 55 Brodie Drive, Bishopmill, Elgin was sequestrated by the sheriff at Elgin on Tuesday 1st June 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Carolyn A Smith, “Lynhurst”, James Street, Lossiemouth, Moray IV31 6BY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 2nd March 2004.
