The estate of Peter Daniels, The Manse, Loth, By Brora, Sutherland KW8 6HP was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dornoch on Tuesday 8th June 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James C Pringle Esq CA, James C Pringle & Co, Albyn House, 37A Union Street, Inverness IV1 1QA, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 5th May 2004.
