DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 60) ORDER 2004

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 14) Order 2004 comes into force on 12th June 2004.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to Western Isles Seafood Company Limited now belonging to Fjord Seafood Scotland Farming Limited at the site known as Loch Leiniscal, situated in Loch Leiniscal, south west of Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, Western Isles (OS grid ref: NB366293) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
