The estate of Mark Robert Bryson, c/o 5 Craigneuk Avenue, Airdrie ML6 8AW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Airdrie on Thursday 20th May 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Michael D Sheppard Esq CA, Messrs Wylie & Bisset, Montgomery House, 18/20 Montgomery Street, East Kilbride G74 4JS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 20th April 2004.
