I, Graham H Martin, Chartered Accountant of 209 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW give notice that on 21st May 2004, my colleague, G I Bennet and I were appointed as joint receivers of the whole property and assets of Lymburn Contractors Limited which trades from Macmanniston Cottages, Dalrymple, Ayr, Ayrshire, KA6 6BT, in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, preferential creditors are required to intimate their claims to me within 6 months of the date of this notice.
