The estate of Philip Dudgeon, 84 Shaw Road, Prestonpans EH32 9RG was sequestrated by the sheriff at Haddington on Monday 17th May 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 20th April 2004.
