The estate of Kevin George McDonald, 15 Southesk Terrace, Brechin, Angus, DD9 7DT and formerly resided at 27 Wards Road, Brechin DD9 7AS was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 29th April 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Drew M Kennedy Esq CA, Morris & Young, 6 Atholl Crescent, Perth PH1 5JN, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 16th March 2004.
