Roads (Scotland) Act 1984

South Lanarkshire Council (Ewart Terrace, Hamilton) (Stopping Up) Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that, on 29th April 2004 South Lanarkshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made and confirmed the above-mentioned Order,

Copies of the Order as made and confirmed and of the accompanying plan may be inspected during normal working hours Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of:

(i)	Transportation Engineering Manager, Montrose House,
154 Montrose Crescent, Hamilton ML3 6LB
(ii)	Parking Unit, Brandon Gate, Leechlee Road, Hamilton
ML3 0XB
(iii)	Divisional Engineer (Hamilton), Brandon Gate, Leechlee Road, Hamilton ML3 0XB
(iv)	South Lanarkshire Council, Q & A Your Council Connection, Leechlee Road, Hamilton ML3 0XB

The effect of the Order is stated in Notice 1501/145 in the Edinburgh Gazette Number 25603 dated 26th March 2004 and in the Hamilton Advertiser dated 25th March 2004.

The Order comes into operation on the 28th June 2004.
