Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above company will be held at KPMG, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1JB on Wednesday, 23rd June 2004 at 11.30am, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator.
