NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

Proposed development at

Dalquharran Castle, Dailly, Ayrshire

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to South Ayrshire Council by Kezia DCM Ltd relating to the planning applications (Ref. No. 04/00165/OUT, 01/01373/FUL and Listed Building consent application 01/01374/LBC) in respect of outline planning permission for a golf course, fractional housing and associated development and the alteration and extension to Castle and associated stables to form hotel.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning and listed building consent applications may be inspected between 8.45am and 4.45pm Monday - Thursday and 8.45am and 4.00pm Friday, in the register of planning applications kept by South Ayrshire Council at the Planning Service, 2nd Floor, Burns House, Burns Statue Square, Ayr, KA7 1 UT during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice. A copy is also available at Dailly library, 67 Main Street, Dailly.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Montgomery Forgan Associates, Eden Park House, Cupar, Fife, KY15 4HS at a cost of £80 + VAT.

Any persons who wish to make representations to South Ayrshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within 28 days of the date of publication of this advertisement to the Council at Planning Service, Burns House, Burns Statue Square, Ayr, KA7 1UT.
