The estate of John Kyle, 23 Eschiehaugh, Kelso, Roxburghshire TD5 7SJ trading as Pinnacle Metals, Pinnaclehill Industrial Estate, Kelso was sequestrated by the sheriff at Jedburgh on Thursday 15th April 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Keith V Anderson Esq CA, Messrs Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 16th March 2004.
