The estate of Andrew Will, 2 Dykelands Cottages, Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire AB30 1UP was sequestrated by the sheriff at Stonehaven on Friday 2nd April 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 2nd April 2004.
