DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers have made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 20) Order 2004. This Order declares the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Scottish Sea Farms Limited at the site known as Loch Spelve (A), situated south east of Balure Cemetery, in Loch Spelve, Isle of Mull, Argyll (OS grid ref: NM677268), to be a designated area for the purposes of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 (as amended), and provides for the control of the movement of live fish, live eggs of fish and foodstuff for fish into or out of the area. The Order will come into force on 17th April 2004.
