Notice of Adoption of Local Plan
Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997
Fife Minerals Subject Local Plan

On 23rd February 2004 Fife Council by resolution adopted the above named Local Plan.

Certified copies of the Plan and of the resolution together with certified copies of the Pre-Inquiry Modifications, Report of the Local Inquiry, the Council’s Responses to the Reporter’s recommendations and its Pre-adoption Modifications have been placed on deposit at the following locations:

a) Fife Council Development Services Offices at
Forth House, Abbotshall Road, Kirkcaldy
3 New Row, Dunfermline
County Buildings, St Catherine Street, Cupar
Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes
b) All Fife Council Public Libraries; and,
c) All Fife Council Local Offices

The deposited documents are available for inspection free of charge during normal opening hours. The deposited documents can also be viewed on the Fife Direct website www.fifedirect.org.uk

The Plan became operative on 23rd February 2004, but if any person aggrieved by the Plan desires to question its validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, or that any requirement of the said Part II or any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the Plan, they may, within six weeks from 19th April 2004, make an application to the Court of Session under Section 238 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.
