ROSEMOUNT AND WESTBURN CONSERVATION AREA

Notice is hereby given that the Aberdeen City Council, as Planning Authority, has designated Rosemount and Westburn as a conservation area.

The effect of the designation is that there is increased planning control over development and over the demolition of existing buildings. A plan showing the proposed Conservation Area is available for inspection, together with an Appraisal, at City Development Services, 8th Floor, St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen during normal working hours.
