Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by The Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving an order for the name of Instan Limited to be restored to the Register of Companies. In which application the Sheriff at Aberdeen, by Interlocutor dated 25th March 2004 ordered any person desiring to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of The Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen, within eight days after publication, service and advertisement.
