DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 31) ORDER 2004

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 68) Order 2002 comes into force on 27th March 2004.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Westside Salmon Limited at the site known as Linga, situated south of the island of Linga, south west of Vementry, Shetland (OS grid rei: HU 284 587) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
