Supplemental Information to Environmental Statement
The Planning Authority has received supplemental information to the Environmental Statement for the above proposal which is being made available for public inspection at the following locations:

2. | Area Planning and Building Control Office, King’s House, The Green, Portree, IV51 9BT |
3. | Struan, Dunvegan and Edinbanc Post Offices |
The supplemental information addresses the following matters:-
1. | The deletion of the southern access road |
2. | Details of the control building |
3. | Details of the meteorological mast |
4. | Additional landscape and visual appraisal |
5. | Additional ornithological information |

The proposals are being re-advertised under the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999, under Section 34 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and as a potential departure from the Development Plan. All existing representations will continue to be taken into account. Any person who wishes to make further representations either for or against the proposal should do so, in writing within a period of 28 days from the publication of this notice to the Director of Planning and Development, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX
