Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Dipanker Chatterjee, residing at 158 Wilton Street, Glasgow, an order was pronounced by Lord Bracadale at the Court of Session at Edinburgh on 12th March 2004 to appoint the Petition to be intimated on the walls in common form and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette newspaper; granting warrant for service of the Petition as craved, together with a copy of the interlocutor of Lord Bracadale, upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annexed thereto; and allowing them and all other parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within fourteen days after such intimation, service and advertisement.
