Notice is hereby given that on 12th February 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Alaster Cunningham, Heather Pringle and Rodney Phillip Smith, former directors of Abercromby (Seafield) Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Abercromby (Seafield) Limited, having its registered office at 15/19 York Place, Edinburgh be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by the Interlocutor dated 27th February 2004 ordered that a copy of the Petition be published on the Walls of Court and like copies be served upon the Lord Advocate and the Register of Companies and ordains any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days of such publication, service and advertisement.
