The estate of Donald Bagley, formerly at 174 Broomhill Crescent, Alexandria, G83 9QL and whose current whereabouts are unknown, trading as Park ‘n’ Fly, formerly having a place of business at 1 Kings Inch Road, Renfrew PA4 8HX was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumbarton on Thursday 12th February 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Bryce L Findlay Esq BSc CA, Findlay Hamilton, 50 Darnley Street, Pollokshields, Glasgow G41 2SE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 16th January 2004.
