I, Laurie Manson, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Kintyre House, 209 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW, hereby give notice that Bruce Cartwright and I were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Lilley Construction Limited on 13th February 2004 by notification to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with paragraph 83 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, pursuant to a resolution of a meeting of creditors. A Liquidation Committee was established at the meeting.

All creditors who have not already done so are required on or before 30th June 2004 to lodge their claims with me.
