The estate of James Francis Kevin Smith, 135 McLeod Street, Broxburn, West Lothian EH52 5BW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Linlithgow on Wednesday 11th February 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to R S MacGregor Esq LLB BCA, MacGregors, 21 Melville Street Lane, Edinburgh EH3 7QB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 16th January 2004.
