A Petition having been presented to the Court of Session on 6th February 2004 by Coffee Republic Plc, a public company incorporated under the Companies Acts with its registered office at 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9WJ for confirmation of a reduction of its share premium account, the Court pronounced the undernoted interlocutor on 10th February 2004.

The Lord Ordinary appoints the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form; and to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Times newspapers, and allows any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within twenty one days after such intimation and advertisement
