The estate of Helen Pacitti, having a place of business at 15 George Street, Oban, Argyll, PA34 5RU and residing at Greenhills, Nant Drive, Oban PA34 4LA was sequestrated by the sheriff at Oban on Wednesday 21st January 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to S McGregor Esq CA, Begbies Traynor, 4th Floor, 78 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5UB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 3rd December 2003.
