Notice calling meeting of members

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of members of the above named company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators and will be held at the offices of KPMG, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1JB on Wednesday 24th March 2004 at 11.30am.

This meeting is summoned for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted, the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator, and resolve whether he should have his release in terms of Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Members may vote either in person at the meeting or by form of proxy. To be valid, a proxy must be lodged with me at KPMG, Chartered Accountants, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1JB at or before the meeting or any adjourned meeting at which it is to be used.
